About

Hey guys

I am Ismini the original minichef.  I am 19 years old and my passion is hidden in the kitchen, lately though I have decided to share it with you. I LOVE cooking and baking. I kind of always knew I was into that. I am glad that I started sharing things online because as time passed I realised that there was an audience interested in FOOD.

Nice to have you on board!

I am Marlene, and now a new member of the minichef team!
I am absolutely in love with chocolate, cakes and literally every type of dessert! But at the same time, I am not the best chef and struggle to have nutritious meals apart from
Cadbury and cookies… As I am unexperienced and inherently impatient, cooking at university has turned out to be a real challenge for me, so the minichef blog is exactly what I need! It provides easy, healthy and tasty recipes – that´s perfect for lazy students like me. Because of the benefit I gain from the website, I decided to join the team and contribute in the way I can. So get ready for posts about the newest cookie brands or chocolatey recipes
!

I am Cathy a new member of unichef team now. I am really enjoying cooking, whereas after coming to the university, I found there is not always much time for me to make a gorgeous meal due to the intensive university life. Also, a university student may have limited budget as well. So it would be better if we can make ourselves quick, nutritional meal as well as with reasonable price. I also noticed that the food sold in café is a bit overpriced. Therefore, I joined this team and wish to share what I usually cook, and hopefully could help others. The entire gradient comes from the Tesco which is the nearest supermarket, so it is very convenient for us to get fresh vegetable and meat, also the price are reasonable.

My name is Amalia and I’m the newest member of UniChef. I love cooking at University but I’m always stuck on what to cook. I’ve usually relied on websites like BBC good food but they always have family sized portions and can get quite complicated! So I’ve decided to help out by simplifying this website to tailor it to a uni student’s needs, hope you get inspired to cook!
